SNOW HUTS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Bookings made for 2021 will require payment in full at the time of booking.

BOOKING PERIOD

Weekly Hire of the SNOW HUT ONE runs from Friday to Friday. 

The booking period is strictly from 3pm on the day of your arrival to 10am on the morning of your departure.

Additionally SNOW HUT THREE is available Thursday to Sunday or Sunday to Thursday. 

The booking period  for Snow Hut Three is strictly - 

Thursday 3pm - Sunday 12pm

Sunday 5pm - Thursday 10 am

Bookings made for 2021 will require payment in full at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to refuse or curtail any booking which may, in the opinion of the owner, by reason of number or composition be unsuitable for the property concerned.

We recommend that you arrange your own cancellation insurance to provide cover in the event of unforeseen circumstances causing you to cancel your booking.
If guests need to change their holiday dates, we will always try our very best to arrange this, however we are unable to offer refunds.

OCCUPANCY

The property is offered on the understanding that no more than the maximum number of people as indicated on the booking form shall use it, except by prior written agreement.

The hirer may not sublet all or part of the accommodation. The person completing the booking form is responsible for all occupants and their guests.
The hirer is responsible for the condition of the property and its entire contents during the hire period.

Please report any damage, loss or breakage as soon as they occur. The hirer will be responsible for the full cost of repairs, replacement or any exceptional cleaning necessitated by the negligent act or omission of any of your party.

The hirer shall leave the property in a clean and tidy condition prior to vacating it.

CHILDREN

Children are very welcome. Parents are responsible for the safety and supervision of any children staying or visiting the property at all times. Children under the age of 14 must not be left unsupervised in the property.

PETS

Dogs are welcome by prior agreement only at a charge of £25 (up to 2 dogs). We should be notified at the time of booking. The station site isn't "Dog Proof". Dogs must not be allowed to disrupt other guests on site or worry local livestock. 
Sorry we do not allow pets in the Snow Hut Three

SMOKING

There is a strict no smoking policy at the Snow Huts.

As far as the law allows, the owners take no responsibility for loss, damage, injury or illness to the hirer, any of the party or visitors during the occupancy period arising from any causes whatsoever. By completeing this online Booking Form you agree to the above terms and indemnify the owners against loss, damage or injury sustained to the property or persons from any deliberate or negligent act or omission by the hirer or any member of the party.

The owners cannot accept responsibility for any personal property belonging to the hirer and their visitors. All vehicles and property are left at the persons own risk.
